Editorial Policy
Bwallte Home publishes independent wallet guides, security tips, and Web3 updates in English, with Simplified and Traditional Chinese versions when available. The English article is the source of record. This policy applies to all content published on Bwallte Home.
1. Source Policy
We write from primary sources where possible: official project documentation, security advisories, wallet provider disclosures, blockchain explorers, reputable news reporting, and clearly identified public records. When we link to a source, we link to the original page rather than a mirror, summary, or social post when the original is available.
We do not publish copied passages from third-party sites. If we quote a source, the quotation is brief, marked as a quotation, and attributed by name or link. If a source is paywalled, inaccessible, or removed, we note that limitation instead of presenting an unsourced claim as verified.
For news, we identify the date of the underlying event and the date of our publication. For technical wallet guidance, we test steps where feasible and state the wallet, device, browser extension, operating system, or protocol version when those details affect safety.
2. AI Assistance
AI tools may help draft outlines, rewrite for clarity, summarize source material, translate, or check grammar. AI is not used as an independent source of fact.
Before publication, every AI-assisted draft must be checked against human-readable sources. Facts, figures, dates, contract addresses, token names, protocol behavior, security claims, and quoted statements must come from verified sources or direct testing by the editorial team.
We do not publish AI-generated statistics, fake examples, fabricated expert quotes, invented transaction data, or synthetic screenshots presented as real. If an example is hypothetical, it is labeled as hypothetical and does not imitate a specific wallet brand, project, or person.
3. Human Review
Each article is reviewed by an editor before publication. Security, hardware wallet, seed phrase, network configuration, contract approval, and phishing-related guidance receives a second check by a staff member or contributor with relevant technical experience.
Content is rejected or returned for revision if it lacks a verifiable source for a factual claim, copies too closely from another publication, uses AI output without human verification, asks readers for seed phrases, private keys, wallet recovery codes, or personal credentials, gives investment advice, price predictions, or trading recommendations, omits clear warnings about irreversible transactions, malicious approvals, fake wallet apps, or scam domains, or fails to distinguish our independent commentary from official wallet provider information.
We label sponsored, affiliate, or promotional content when present. Bwallte Home is not a wallet provider and does not represent official support for any wallet product.
4. Corrections and Reader Feedback
Readers can report factual errors, broken source links, outdated wallet steps, or unclear security guidance through our contact page. Please include the article title, the passage or heading, the correct information, and a reliable source or screenshot where possible.
We aim to acknowledge corrections within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days when the claim can be checked. More complex issues, such as disputed protocol behavior or missing source context, may take longer; we will update the reader with the reason.
If we confirm an error, we correct the article promptly. For material changes that affect meaning, safety, or dates, we add a correction note at the top or bottom of the article, state what changed, and record the date of the update. Minor typographical fixes may not be logged unless they change the meaning.
If a correction cannot be verified, we remove or weaken the unsupported claim rather than leaving it in place. We may add a note saying the issue was reported but not confirmed when transparency is needed.
